1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Use Moroccan Tech (usemoroccantech.com), a platform operated by Refja SARL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or email.

2. Description of Service

Use Moroccan Tech is a community-curated directory platform showcasing digital products and services built by Moroccan makers and companies. The platform allows:

• Discovery and exploration of Moroccan digital products
• Submission and management of product listings by verified makers
• Community engagement through upvoting and product interaction
• Access to a curated index of Moroccan tech innovations

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

To submit or manage product listings, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported authentication provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

4. Content & Submissions

When you submit a product listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the maker, owner, or authorized representative of the submitted product
• All submitted information is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading
• Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• The submitted product is legal in Morocco and in the jurisdictions where it operates

All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

By submitting content, you grant Refja SARL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform elements — including the name "Use Moroccan Tech", design, code, branding, and editorial content — are the exclusive property of Refja SARL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform element without our prior written consent. Product names, logos, and descriptions submitted by makers remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
• Manipulate upvote counts through automated means or coordinated campaigns
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract platform data without written permission
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate another person, company, or product
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team
• Violate any applicable Moroccan or international law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

7. Disclaimers

Use Moroccan Tech is a directory platform. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed product. We are not responsible for any transactions or interactions you have with makers or third parties discovered through the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Refja SARL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any content submitted by users or third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of platform services

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at legal@usemoroccantech.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanger, Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
